1. Definitions

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

2.3 Verification of Eligibility

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds. 3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Creation

To access cuan34 services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Required information includes but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on official identification documents
• Valid email address that you regularly access
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Date of birth confirming you meet the minimum age requirement
• Username and secure password meeting our security requirements
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah/IDR)

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to maintain only one account with cuan34. Multiple accounts created by the same individual, whether registered under different names or using different contact information, are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same person, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any bets or transactions, and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with those accounts. Bonuses and promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Create a strong password containing a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify cuan34 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You acknowledge that any activity conducted through your account will be considered to have been authorized by you, and you will be liable for all such activities.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You must promptly update your account information if any details change, including your email address, phone number, or residential address. Maintaining accurate information ensures that we can communicate with you regarding your account, verify your identity when necessary, and process withdrawals efficiently.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

cuan34 supports deposits via Indonesian local banks and e-wallet services, including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation of payment. In rare cases where technical issues occur, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your account balance. If your deposit does not appear within this timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. To process a withdrawal, you must:

• Have completed identity verification (KYC) if this is your first withdrawal
• Withdraw to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible for security purposes

E-wallet withdrawals may be processed faster, subject to the payment provider's processing times. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are specified in your account dashboard and vary by payment method and account status. cuan34 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. Currency conversion fees may apply if withdrawing in a currency different from your account currency, though all Indonesian players maintain accounts in IDR.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, you must wager deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. cuan34 reserves the right to request additional documentation, decline withdrawals, or report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

5.4 Bonus Expiration

For sports betting markets, including football betting (bandar bola), all bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. In the event of match postponements, cancellations, or other irregular circumstances, standard betting rules apply as detailed in our sports betting rules section. Asian handicap (voor bola) and accumulator (mix parlay) bets follow industry-standard settlement rules.

6.3 Maximum Payouts

cuan34 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, daily winnings, or specific games. Maximum payout limits are displayed where applicable and may vary by game type, bet type, and account status. High-value wins may be paid in installments subject to our discretion and security verification.

6.4 Voided Bets and Game Errors

In the event of technical errors, incorrect odds being offered, obvious pricing mistakes, or game malfunctions, cuan34 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. 7. Limitations of Liability

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cuan34 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Unauthorized access to your account or personal information

• Third-party conduct or content on the platform
• Suspension or termination of your account

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7.3 Force Majeure

cuan34 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or telecommunications failures.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

8.2 Suspension for Investigation

cuan34 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account if we suspect Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or need to conduct security investigations. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will notify you of the suspension and its duration when possible.

8.3 Termination by cuan34

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you:

• Breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Fail to provide required verification documents when requested
• Create multiple accounts or allow others to use your account

Upon termination, all bonuses and promotional winnings will be forfeited. Remaining genuine funds (deposited amounts and legitimate winnings) may be returned at our discretion following completion of any pending investigations.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Applicable Law

Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the arbitration panel and accept the arbitrator's decision as final and binding.

10. General Provisions

10.2 Severability
